چکیده
Background: Adjuvants to local anesthetics have been used prolong the duration of analgesia after brachial plexus block surgery. This study evaluates effects adding magnesium sulfate and fentanyl with ropivacaine in supraclavicular analgesia. Aims Objectives: The aim present was compare onset sensory motor blockade quality perioperative post-operative side if any, provided by as adjuvants block. Materials Methods: A total 80 patients American Society Anesthesiologists Grade I/II scheduled for elective upper limb surgeries were randomly allocated into two groups. Group M received 30 ml 0.5% 250 mg F 50 μg using PNS guidance. block, time requirement rescue analgesia, adverse events during period noted. Results: Onset In group M, mean 8.91±1.11 min F, 12.12±1.14 min. 11.57±1.62 15.17±1.43 F. Duration is 432.9±38.24 553.45±39.91 respectively, 392.55±35.22 517±44.51 which statistically significant.
